GOOD FOR YOU GUACAMOLE

Try this, its amazing as a side or as a tasty dip for some carrots and cucumber. It's the wife’s recipe, it's all natural ingredients and it's pretty much the tastiest that you'll find.

Ingredients. 
1 ripe avocado
1 small tomato (finely chopped)
½ a small red onion (finely diced)
1 clove of garlic (crushed)
1 wedge of lime

Smash the avocado in a bowl and add the chopped tomato, diced red onion and crushed garlic. Squeeze on the wedge of lime and mix.

Food facts:
Avocados have a wealth of nutritional benefits. They are high in healthy mono and polyunsaturated fat and are a good source of fibre. 
Tomatoes are packed with lycopene (see previous post) and high in vitamins.
Garlic is a potent antioxidant. 
Onions are another excellent source of fibre. They are also full of vitamins and minerals. 
Lime is a great source of vitamin C. It also naturally preserves the guac so it doesn't go brown!
