GREEK YOGHURT SMOOTHIE

BELTING BLUEBERRY SMOOTHIE

Breakfast is often hailed as the most important meal of the day, primarily because your body is starving after fasting all night and a good breakfast will set you up nicely. However, some of us aren’t hungry; others have got a million other things to do; and some of us just want to stay in bed for as long as possible.

Here’s a super-quick breakfast smoothie to get your day started with a load of good stuff. Whack all of the ingredients in the blender and blitz it for about 30-40 seconds. Get it down you straight away or take it with you on your journey to work.

Ingredients:

80 grams of frozen blueberries

1 banana (preferably peel and freeze this beforehand)

Juice from half a lime

Orange juice (as much or as little as you want, I used 150 ml)

1-2 Tablespoons ofTotal 0% Greek Yoghurt  (I used 100 grams)
