Ingredients:
3 whole eggs.
45grams of smoked salmon.
A handful of spinach.
3 sliced tomatoes.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Cheese is optional
Cooking instructions:
Whip the eggs up with a fork and pour into a non-stick pan on a medium heat (use oil if necessary). Get all of the other ingredients in there and allow to cook for a couple of minutes. Close the omelette over and leave for another few minutes until the egg is cooked.
