There is one year between these photos. It’s the same person. It’s the same dress. But she has different habits and a totally different body. 


Everything is instant nowadays. We’re just one click away from pretty much anything we want and we expect our bodies to be the same. We try to “hack” our way to results faster with supplements and fad equipment. We follow diets and workout programmes and change them when we don’t get results fast enough or we get bored.


But our bodies don’t work like that.


There are no secret hacks to fat loss or muscle. No magic supplements. No perfect calorie number. No super workout programme (sadly). No piece of kit that is going to “melt fat away”. The results in this photo were achieved with just one Personal Training session per week for one year, a complete change in nutrition habits, and a whole lot of determination and patience.


Your time is what you need to invest. Be consistent, be patient, and be willing to put in the hard work over time. There will be ups and downs but the results will come if you stick at it for long enough.
