You will need to have some basic experience in the gym for this one and you should be familiar with the foundational movement patterns: squats, deadlifts, lunges, pressing, and pulling (don’t worry if you’re a little bit rusty, video demonstrations with coaching cues are included).

Results come from doing the basics well and that’s exactly what this programme is designed to do. It is straightforward, simple to follow, progressive and contains no fluff.

The Basics:

Think free weights, big multi-joint movements, single limb exercises, plenty of challenges for the core, and some of my favourite intense conditioning workouts. You will certainly see improvements in body composition on this one, alongside improving your strength, functionality, and fitness.

The programme revolves around 3 whole-body workouts and a selection of conditioning workouts to be completed weekly for the duration of 6 weeks.
