THE WRONG QUESTIONS
More often than not, when we see someone whose physique, skill or strength that we admire, we storm in with one (or both) of the following questions:
1) What workout programme/exercises do you do?
2) What do you eat?
Of course, this makes sense because we admire what they have achieved and we want to know how they go about it. But the answers to these questions only tell a very small part of the story: the here and now. If you really want an insight into how this person got where they are ask them:
How long have you been consistently working towards this goal?
