I’ve been training with Anthony for almost 3 months now, and I have to say that he is one of the most committed and experienced trainers around. I initially started training twice a week and I really enjoyed the variety and challenges he puts into each session.

Anthony is focused on helping me to achieve all my goals and makes every session challenging but also extremely fun. I have already seen noticeable improvements in my ability and overall physique specifically with core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights and generally pushes me harder throughout each session. From the start I would admit that I found working out somewhat of a chore but now I look forward to my workouts and that is down to Anthony. He also ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries which is extremely important. Not only has he assisted me with my fitness, but he has also overhauled my diet and provided invaluable nutritional advice. 

Anthony is extremely reliable and is always set up and ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. I thoroughly enjoy his workouts and cannot fault his professionalism and would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to improve their fitness and lifestyle.
