“I have been training with Ant for over 6 months now. My core aims were strength, conditioning, and confidence with weights to support my on-field rugby. I have just made the jump to Super League and Ant has been great at tailoring my training to meet the demands of my sport whilst promoting recovery and endurance. I have really grown in confidence and strength. My legs and core in particular have really improved. PBs in Bench Press, Squat and Deadlift have been really satisfying particularly given I hadn't lifted 6 months ago. Ant really focuses on technique and your confidence and that has served me well in improving and making further progression.
Ant is personable and tailors everything to your long term goals and aims. So much more than a PT he is there to pick up the good days and bad days and guide with nutrition.
