“I started training with Ant nearly 5 years ago with the typical goal of being to lose weight after having 3 babies back to back. I did not have a healthy relationship with food and and I had a lot of “life” happen but 5 years on I can confidently say I haven’t just lost weight I’ve become healthy and fitness has become routine in my life now.

Ant has helped me overcome so much and training with someone I can feel comfortable around and be able to relate to things has really helped. Ant has helped educate me on food nutrition and fitness and my outlook on my weight has completely changed. Ant has been by my side for support always and I’ve never been happier in myself thanks to Ants continuous support. I can not wait to keep setting new goals and smashing them out with Ant in the future. Currently I am in the best shape of my life even before having children and I can hand on heart say it’s thanks to Ants continuous effort to guide me through all the ups and downs and life challenges.

I’ve gone from dreading training and sneakily stealing a sweet treat from the cupboards to absolutely loving training and I have a healthy balance with my food I don’t have to “sneak” foods and feel bad for it, I enjoy what I eat and I understand a lot more about what I’m eating and I certainly don’t restrict or feel bad for eating foods I like anymore. I’m so happy I started training with Ant, truly a nice guy with a lot of knowledge and support to offer. One of my best investments for myself.
