This guy is amazing.
I was looking for someone who could help me find a way through my work and home commitments back to fitness and he has come in big time for me. Small changes bit by bit repeated relentlessly has been the moto. 3 months later my lifestyle is so different. My alcohol intake is cut by 2/3, my food is healthy and fresh, I'm training most days, two stone lighter (with more to go), stronger and loving it.
I’m so happy I started training with Ant, truly a nice guy with a lot of knowledge and support to offer. One of my best investments for myself.
So much more than a PT he is there to pick up the good days and bad days and guide with nutrition. I wouldn't have been able to play at the level I do without his support and guidance. He has been invaluable in making my first Super League season a success.
Every session is challenging but also extremely fun. I have seen noticeable improvements in my ability and overall physique. I would admit that I found working out somewhat of a chore but now I look forward to my workouts and that is down to Anthony.
