Anthony's programme was tailored to my specific needs and having him come to my house for the sessions was great, as I didn't need to arrange childcare.
Anthony was around if I needed any advice and his nutritional guidance was really useful. Anthony is really motivating and pushes you to your limits helping you surpass your goals. He is very focused on using the correct form and posture for each exercise, something that I didn't really understand initially but I really appreciate to avoid any injury. “With my wedding around two months away, I was starting to worry I was pretty clearly out of shape. I sought him out from a recommendation, as I needed a change in my life. I used to wake up with backache, no motivation and a lethargic feeling, which only got temporarily suppressed with a beer and a take away.
He completely changed my view on food, the way to look after myself and look after my body because I depend on it as much as it depends on me.
