Anthony previously worked in the legal sector and as a researcher. As such, he fully understands the difficulties and importance of balancing a busy professional life with training. Anthony has always had passion for research and instilling knowledge into others. He excelled at university and achieved a First Class Honours Law Degree and a Distinction at Masters Level before moving on to teach law to undergraduates. His background means that Anthony brings an intelligent and research-driven approach to training.
Most recently, Anthony has completed a Diploma in Exercise Referral, making him qualified to work with medically referred clients and skilled in designing safe and effective exercise programmes for those with a wide range of medical conditions.

Bespoke Personal Training sessions will last between 45 minutes to 1 hour.

The package is available for a minimum commitment of 12 weeks. It includes:
A consultation to determine your starting point and discuss your goals
A comprehensive analysis of your body composition, fitness and nutrition
An individualised and progressive resistance and cardiovascular programme
Nutritional advice and weekly monitoring
Three personal training sessions a week
The service is based on the individual fitness, aesthetic and wellbeing requirements of each client. For optimal results, the package requires a minimum commitment to three hours of one-on-one training a week for the course of the programme. The training is vigorous and the improvements in both fitness and physique can be drastic. This package is highly recommended to those who have a strong desire to improve their physique for an upcoming event, such as a wedding or a holiday.
While the programme will yield short-term results, it is intended to bring about long-term changes. It forms a foundation from which you can build, encouraging a healthier lifestyle and a lasting relationship with fitness. Upon completion, you will be set to continue training effectively by yourself. However, many clients choose to transfer to another package or single sessions to stay motivated or to perfect weak points.
Individualised training programmes provide you with an effective plan for you to follow by yourself*, in order to reach your training goals. These make a great alternative to bespoke training when you're short on time or limited by location.
